Senior Analyst/Vice President, Corporate Finance
Summary
Senior finance professional prepares IPO and M&A marketing materials, conducts due diligence, builds financial models, and supports deal execution in Singapore’s investment banking team.
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and self-motivated professional with 3 – 6 years of relevant experience or skill sets in to join our growing Investment Banking department.
Responsibilities
· Preparation of transaction marketing materials.
· Actively involved in transactional deal execution.
· Conduct IPO and M&A due diligence work and other assigned transactions
· Perform financial modelling and valuation analyses using various methodologies
· Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, and Banking or a related field
· Self-motivated team player, willing to take initiative, strong problem-solving skills
· Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required to communicate with Chinese counterparts)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
