At Avaap, we're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Analyst who enjoys transforming complex information into clear, engaging content that helps people learn, adapt, and succeed.

You'll work alongside experienced Workday Change Management and Training Leads to create the communications, training materials, engagement activities, and adoption resources that help employees feel confident and prepared during large-scale digital transformation initiatives. From interactive training guides and job aids to employee communications, surveys, and readiness activities, your work will directly influence how successfully organizations adopt change. The role aligns with the Senior Analyst focus on supporting project deliverables, applying practice knowledge, and contributing to client readiness and adoption efforts.

• Is curious about technology, organizational change, and helping people adopt new ways of working

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience supporting organizational change management, communications, training, or learning initiatives

• Experience with Workday or other enterprise technology implementations

• Consulting or professional services experience

• Exposure to higher education, government, or public sector organizations

• Workday Pro or Change Management certifications

Pay Transparency

• Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.

• Base Salary Range is $75,000 to $85,000 plus 10% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively

• Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration

• Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap’s physical office locations

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
