Senior Analytics Engineer / BI Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer / BI Consultant who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology. This is a client-facing, hands-on role where you'll lead discovery workshops, design modern data solutions, and build scalable analytics platforms that deliver real business outcomes.
In this role you will:

• Engage directly with stakeholders to understand business challenges and reporting requirements
• Design and implement modern analytics solutions
• Build and optimise data models using Snowflake and dbt
• Develop robust SQL-based transformation pipelines and analytical data products
• Support Power BI and other BI platforms with analytics-ready data structures
• Provide technical leadership across client engagements

To qualify you will have:

• 8+ years' experience delivering data and analytics solutions
• 5+ years designing & building enterprise data platforms, analytic solutions or data warehouses.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting experience
• Advanced SQL skills
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt or Databricks
• Expertise in data modelling, data warehousing, and modern ELT frameworks
• Ability to move seamlessly between business conversations and technical delivery
