Senior Analytics Engineer
Summary
Designs and builds data pipelines and analytics for crypto products, creating dashboards and automating reports to surface business insights and anomalies.
You will design, build, and maintain business data marts for analytics, reporting, and decision-making. You will manage master data for clients, networks, and products; automate business reporting; develop reliable on-chain and off-chain data pipelines; and own dashboards that surface business insights and anomalies.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain business data marts for analytics, reporting, and decision-making
- Implement and manage master data management for clients, networks, and products
- Automate client and internal business reporting
- Develop and support data pipelines for on-chain and off-chain data
- Build and own business dashboards that surface insights and anomalies
Requirements
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimization
- Python analytical skills using pandas, numpy, or similar libraries
- Experience with Airflow and dbt
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Data storytelling
- Stakeholder collaboration
- English proficiency at B2 or higher
- Crypto or blockchain ecosystem experience
