Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of VinFast mobile applications
on Android using Kotlin.
- Build clean, scalable, well-documented, and maintainable code following best
practices, design patterns, and modern Android architecture principles.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA,
and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, code reviews, and
continuous improvement of the mobile development process.
- Optimize application performance, stability, security, and user experience
across different Android devices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute ideas and creative solutions to improve the product, development
workflow, and engineering quality.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: From 3+ years of experience in Android native application
development.

Must
Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Android native development using Kotlin.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern Android
app architecture.
- Experience with MVVM/Clean Architecture or similar architectural patterns.
- Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming in Android using Kotlin
Coroutines and Flow.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, code quality, and
maintainability.
- Ability to write readable, reusable, and testable code.
Good to Have Skills:
- Experience with iOS native / React / React Native development is a plus.
- Experience in developing applications for smartwatches or other wearable
devices is a plus.
- Experience working with IoT devices is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Experience publishing or maintaining apps on Google Play.
- Knowledge of unit testing, UI testing, and mobile app security best
practices.
- Previous experience working on automotive, smart mobility, or large-scale
consumer applications is an advantage.
