This critical role involves leading a team of talented developers in building and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly mobile applications for both i OS and Android platforms using React Native. - Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
- Architect and implement scalable and maintainable mobile application solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level mobile developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to define app features and requirements.
- Oversee the entire mobile development lifecycle, from concept to release and post-launch support.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the mobile application codebase.
- Stay current with the latest mobile development trends, technologies, and platform updates.
- Manage the app store submission process and ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 2 years specifically focused on React Native.
- Proven experience leading a mobile development team and mentoring engineers.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Expertise in Java Script/Type Script and the React Native framework.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Mob X).
- Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
