🚀 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Angular Developer to join the Orion Delivery Team, contributing to the evolution of a strategic Control Framework and Supervision platform that supports Non-Financial Risk management across CIB.

In this role, you will be responsible for building modern, scalable, and user-centric web applications, playing a key role in the development of dashboards, workflows, and transversal platform capabilities. Working closely with Business Analysts, Backend Developers, UX Specialists, and Product stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality digital experiences that support business-critical processes.

Your Mission

As a Senior Angular Developer, you will:

• Design and develop modern frontend solutions that support critical risk management processes.
• Create intuitive and high-performance user experiences.
• Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and technical standards.
• Ensure consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the Orion platform.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver business value through technology.
• Drive continuous improvement and engineering excellence across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend components using Angular.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces.
• Develop dashboards, workflows, and application features focused on usability and efficiency.
• Translate business, functional, and UX requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior across devices.

Architecture & Integration

• Apply modern component-based architecture principles.
• Contribute to the evolution of scalable and maintainable frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and business services.
• Support the design and implementation of reusable UI components and shared frontend capabilities.
• Promote consistency across transversal features and business-specific functionalities.

Quality & Best Practices

• Ensure high code quality through code reviews and development standards.
• Promote maintainability, testability, and frontend engineering best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical excellence.
• Participate in troubleshooting, bug fixing, and performance optimization activities.

Agile Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Developers.
• Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies:Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Sprint Reviews
• Retrospectives
• Collaborate in feature refinement, estimation, and delivery planning.
• Contribute to achieving sprint goals and continuous improvement objectives.

DevOps & Delivery

• Work with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support deployment and release activities.
• Contribute to automation and streamlined development processes.
• Ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and reliably.
