Senior ANZ Campaign Manager
Description
Procore Technologies is the leading technology partner for every stage of construction. We empower construction teams to drive efficiency and mitigate risk through actionable AI & data-driven insights. For over 20 years, we have been transforming the industry with purpose-built solutions for construction professionals and we’re looking for talented people to help us build together.
We're looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, APAC to join Procore's APAC Marketing team. In this role, you'll lead campaign strategy and execution for Procore's APAC business, across both new logo acquisition and the installed base. You'll find where the opportunity lies in the market, validate it with numbers, and build the campaigns that capture it. You'll hold one combined pipeline and ARR target and decide where the next marketing dollar and hour will do the most.
As a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, APAC, you'll partner with Sales, SEs, SDRs, Customer Success, Product Marketing and regional marketing colleagues to turn demand into revenue and grow the value of the customers we already have. Use your data, campaign and AI skills to build repeatable playbooks that scale into new markets. This is a chance to own the full new logo and expansion pipeline number and shape the future of Procore's regional marketing engine.
International travel may be required.
This position reports to the Senior Director, Field Marketing APAC and will be based in our Sydney office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
What You’ll Do
- Work with PMM and RevOps to identify where the opportunity lies across ANZ and growth markets in APAC, using TAM, segment data, product usage signals and pipeline analytics, and validate it with numbers before deciding which segments, customers and products to go after.
- Own the combined new logo and expansion pipeline and ARR target, build out the campaign targets, split and investment mix with Sales, Customer Success and RevOps to ensure you meet business goals, and re-prioritise or optimise as results come in.
- Plan and run full-funnel campaigns for new logo demand across paid media, digital, email, webinars and outbound, working with the Field Marketing Manager, who activates field events, so events support the campaign plan.
- Run expansion and cross-sell campaigns for the installed base, working with Customer Success, Account Management and Product Marketing to identify which customers are ready for which product, and test with a small group before scaling what works.
- Partner with SEs, SDRs and Sales on coordinated, trackable plays that turn interest into qualified opportunities, and work as one team with Field Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager and other regional marketing roles, agreeing lead definitions, volume and timing up front so every campaign runs as one plan.
- Work within the global COE and take global campaigns, content and frameworks and adapt them for local markets, as relevant to each market and its business objectives, while respecting consent and data rules.
- Run structured experiments across offers, channels, audiences and messaging, report performance and ROI openly on a fixed cadence, and document playbooks and frameworks that can be repeated and scaled in new markets.
- Lead with AI by building agents and workflows from the start for audience and demand analysis, campaign content and localisation, testing and reporting, and share what you learn with the team.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS marketing, campaign or demand generation, with a proven record of driving measurable pipeline in a fast-paced growth environment
- Experience across both acquisition and installed-base marketing, including expansion, cross-sell or lifecycle programmes
- A revenue-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, with knowledge of campaign measurement (HVMQL, CVR, SQL, SAO, PG, ARR) and the ability to design tests that measure lift
- Strong partnership skills with Sales, SEs, SDRs, Customer Success and regional marketing colleagues, experience running outbound plays, and credibility as a peer to sales leaders
- Experience in a regional or global marketing function, adapting global content for local markets and running several campaigns at once, with the ability to set a strategy and ship it
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo, with Outreach, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Tableau preferred
- A solid understanding of AI platforms and workflows, with hands-on experience building agents or workflows, which is a prerequisite for the role
- Curiosity, a practical approach and the ability to show results, plus awareness of privacy and consent requirements across APAC markets
Strong-fit Background Might Include
- Demand Generation Manager / Senior Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS)
- Growth Marketing Manager / Field Marketing Lead (APAC Regional Focus)
- Integrated Campaign Strategist / Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist
