Senior Application AI Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Application AI Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge tooling to help legal organizations transform their operations. In this role, you will build robust integrations, leverage Configuration as Code, and deploy intelligent AI agents within the customer's platform ecosystem, particularly focusing on Jira Service Management (JSM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) use cases

• We are seeking a Senior Application AI Engineer to join our team in developing cutting-edge tooling to help legal organizations transform their operations. In this role, you will build robust integrations, leverage Configuration as Code, and deploy intelligent AI agents within the customer's platform ecosystem, particularly focusing on Jira Service Management (JSM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) use cases
• Build, configure, and integrate AI agents into customer workflows to automate and streamline legal operations
• Design, configure, and optimize Jira Service Management (JSM) solutions tailored to complex legal organizational needs
• Implement Configuration as Code practices and build automated deployment pipelines to support reliable, repeatable releases
• Apply domain knowledge or a strong interest in Legal and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes to deliver tooling with real business impact

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Extensive experience building, configuring, and integrating AI agents into business workflows
• Deep expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM), including solution design and configuration
• Strong background in Configuration as Code and building CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Practical experience in Generative AI application development, including Gen AI assisted development approaches
• Skilled in prompt engineering to design and refine effective interactions with AI models
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher

• Experience within Legal Tech, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or broader legal operations
