Senior Application Expert

This role is on contract basis for 6 months in the start and then it will be extended acc.

Position : External Support Third Level ZORA Senior Application Expert

Location : Indore, India

Experience : 5+ Years

Key Skills & Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in L3 Application Support.

- Strong experience with C#, .NET, PowerShell, and MS SQL Server.

- Good knowledge of Windows and Android environments.

- Experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Production Support.

- Experience with ticket processing, rollout coordination, troubleshooting, and supplier coordination.

- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Octane, MS Office.

- English mandatory; German B2 is preferred but not mandatory.

- Urovo hardware experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 3 application support for the ZORA platform and associated applications.

- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application and production issues.

- Perform root cause analysis for recurring and critical incidents and implement permanent fixes.

- Develop and maintain solutions using C#, .NET, PowerShell, and MS SQL Server.

- Support application environments across Windows and Android platforms.

- Manage and resolve incidents, problems, and change requests in accordance with established IT service management processes.

- Handle ticket processing, prioritisation, escalation, tracking, and closure.

- Coordinate application rollouts, releases, upgrades, and production deployments.

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, testing, and other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
