Senior Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing architectural projects, with a strong focus on structural design and the ability to produce FSI statements. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading design initiatives, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that all architectural designs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into innovative architectural designs. - Prepare and review architectural drawings and specifications using software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit Architecture. - Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is in accordance with design specifications and regulations. - Work closely with structural engineers and other professionals to integrate various aspects of the project. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architectural design and construction. Required Skills: - Proven experience in architectural projects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit Architecture, and Photoshop. - Strong understanding of structural principles and FSI statements. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
