Senior Architect

Summary

Senior Architect role designing and coordinating complex healthcare projects, resolving technical challenges and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams using Revit.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team working on a major health project.

You’ll play a key role across design development, documentation and delivery, working closely with the project leadership team, consultants and wider multidisciplinary team to develop and coordinate high-quality design outcomes.

The role will suit an experienced Architect who enjoys resolving complex design and technical challenges, coordinating multiple disciplines and translating design intent into well-resolved, coordinated project information.

Skills and experience

  • Strong experience working across design development and documentation phases
  • Experience delivering large, complex and highly serviced projects
  • Strong architectural design and technical resolution skills
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants and resolving complex design interfaces
  • Ability to develop and coordinate detailed DD and documentation packages
  • Strong Revit capability and experience working within multidisciplinary project models
  • Confidence working with clients, consultants and broader project teams
  • Ability to take ownership of areas of a project while working collaboratively within a larger team
  • Health project experience is highly regarded, including hospitals or other clinical environments, but experience across similarly complex project typologies will also be considered
  • Architectural registration, or eligibility for registration, would be advantage.
