Key responsibilities

  • Manage architectural design packages from concept through construction.
  • Contribute to schematic design (SD), (FEED) and design development (DD) deliverables, design presentations, and coordinating with consultants.
  • Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, coordinate contractors and consultants, manage shop drawings, and attend progress meetings and specifications; ensure accuracy and constructability.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions.
  • Maintain design quality and compliance with codes, client standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor quality and design intent.
  • Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for clients and project teams.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking ability by supporting multidisciplinary projects, including assisting with civil drawings and coordination tasks when required.

Skills & tools

  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Navisworks and BIM coordination.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, Adobe Suite.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality standards in the region.
  • Understanding of civil/structural design drawings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience with large-scale/mixed-use projects and regional work preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in architectural and site planning, with a focus on large-scale industrial projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Reporting

Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
