The Senior Architect will manage architectural design projects from inception to completion, including technical planning, client presentations, and on-site supervision. The role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
On behalf of our client, a Manufacture company that is looking to hire a Senior Architect with details below:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for project design development of multiple assigned projects
- Able to handle project independently from inception to completion
- Responsible for designing and planning in accordance with the project owner
- Manage technical and detailed design as well as project management
- Involvement in Presentations & Managing Clients Expectations
- Able to multi-task and work as an individual or part of a team in dynamic environment (ex. on site survey, supervise and , hunting items, etc)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- At least have min 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in Sketchup, AutoCad, Revit, rendering for sketchup: Vray / Enscape / Lumion / Corona and other design software
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
