- Involve in full circle of architectural practice for a development project. Our firm is focusing on industrial projects.
- Involve in conceptual design, working closely with principal architect and design team
- As the team lead in preparing presentation to clients, tender package and authority submissions.
- Project management during construction as the project architect. Responsibilities include chairing weekly client-consultant meetings and progress meetings; preparing minute of meetings; site coordination with contractors; responding RFI and etc.
- Contract management during construction such as issuing interim certificate; issuing architectural instruction / direction; responding RVO and etc.
