Senior Architect, Project (Hospitality)

• Architectural management/coordination with entire project processes including authority submission. (Hospitality)
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Contract administration of construction projects to ensure project is built according to design intent and in compliance with building codes.
• Liaise and communicate closely with client’s reps, consultants & contractors.
• Produce architectural drawings as directed and as required for project, in an effective & professional manner.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience especially in Hospitality, Commercial or Luxury/High-End Residential projects.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
