SENIOR ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL ASSOCIATE
Summary
Leads architectural projects in Singapore, designing mixed-use commercial/residential/public spaces and ensuring compliance with local building codes.
1) Candidate who have experience in mixed used Commercial / Residential and Public Development with minimum 8 years’ experiences. Candidate who have experiences in Healthcare Development and Institutional experience is preferred.
2) BOA Registered Architect is preferred.
3) Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore Building Regulations and Codes, Design Development and Detailing.
4) Must be capable of being a Team Leader and take responsibility in managing projects independently without supervision.
5) Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
6) Good working attitude, proactive and conscientious.
7) Self-motivated with good time management skill.
8) Ability to supervise and manage a team in achieving project goals, targets and milestone dates.In addition.
