Senior Architect

We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Architect to join our team, specializing in residential building projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree and have a strong foundation in architectural planning, design development, and project coordination. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of residential projects, and the candidate will be expected to bring innovative design solutions to the table. Key Responsibilities include developing architectural designs, layouts, and plans for residential buildings. You will prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections, ensuring that all designs comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements. The Senior Architect will coordinate with structural consultants, interior designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. Regular site visits will be required to monitor project progress and ensure design accuracy, as well as to resolve any design-related issues that may arise during the construction phase. To be successful in this role, candidates must have 2-6 years of relevant experience in residential building projects and be proficient in AutoCAD and architectural drafting. Familiarity with architectural visualization tools such as SketchUp and Revit will be considered an advantage.
