Senior Architect (Up to S$7800)

Summary
Architect leads commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and managing teams using BIM and CAD tools like Revit and AutoCAD.
Responsibilities:
- The projects that we are involved in covers a very broad spectrum including commercial, industrial, institutional, mixed-development, residential, healthcare, infrastructure etc.
- Project Management, coordinate and assist in the day to day running of projects assigned.
- Liaise and coordinate with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team.
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site or compliance issues.
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural from recognized tertiary institution under BOA Singapore
- Minimum 8 years post graduate experience
- Familiar with BIM and Authorities submission process and guidelines
- Proficient in Autocad, Revit, Sketchup
