About the Role
This is a visual leadership role for a highly creative designer with exceptional design instincts.
The brand strategy, messaging, and direction already exist. Your role is to transform that vision into compelling, high-quality creative across every customer touchpoint.
Working closely with leadership, you'll oversee the visual execution of the brand, guide the creative output of the existing team, and ensure every piece of work reflects a premium standard. of the brand while bringing fresh ideas and creative concepts that enhance our marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy into engaging visual concepts.
- Lead the visual direction across digital, print, packaging, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Provide creative direction and feedback to the internal creative team.
- Review and approve creative before publication.
- Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity.
- Ensure consistency across all marketing and brand assets.
- Introduce fresh ideas and elevate the overall quality of creative output.
- Stay current with design trends while maintaining timeless brand standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Art Director, Art Director, Design Director, Senior Brand Designer, or similar.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating world-class design and creative thinking.
- Strong experience working with established brands or leading creative agencies.
- Expert understanding of branding, typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to confidently present ideas and provide creative direction.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for design excellence.
