Senior ASO Manager

Hypercell Games is a mobile game studio behind some of the most downloaded hybrid-casual and puzzle titles on the market. We're looking for a Senior ASO Manager to build and scale our organic growth function — owning the full ASO cycle across multiple titles and driving growth through metadata optimization, localization, store experiments, promotional events, visual testing, and store performance improvements.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

🌸Build and develop the ASO baseline across key company projects.
🌸Launch and manage Google Play and App Store event calendars.
🌸Perform metadata and keyword optimization for Android and iOS.
🌸Develop and maintain localization systems across multiple markets.
🌸Launch, analyze, and scale ASO uplift experiments.
🌸Build and maintain ASO reporting and performance tracking.
🌸Work closely with Creative teams on store visuals, screenshots, icons, and video assets.
🌸Prepare store assets and event packages for game updates and featuring opportunities.
🌸Collaborate with UA, Product, Creative, Analytics, BD, and Release teams to improve organic growth and store performance.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

💦4+ years of ASO experience in mobile games.
💦Strong ownership and ability to work independently: define priorities, build execution plans, develop hypotheses, execute them, and measure results.
💦Hands-on experience with Google Play Console and App Store Connect.
💦Strong knowledge of metadata and keyword optimization.
💦Experience with promotional content and in-app events.
💦Understanding of store conversion optimization and A/B testing.
💦Experience with localization, ideally in puzzle or word games.
💦Strong analytical skills and experience building ASO reporting systems.
💦Active use of AI tools for content creation, localization, analysis, and creative hypothesis generation.
💦Good English communication skills.
