Job Summary:
Bitdeer (NASDAQ: BTDR) is building its Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform from the ground up to run a 3 GW+ portfolio of AI data centers and infrastructure across 7 countries. You will be the functional lead shaping how maintenance, materials and asset lifecycle management work across every site — a rare chance to design a system end-to-end rather than inherit one.
This is a senior role within the HQ Asset Management function. You will own the functional design end-to-end and work directly with the Asset Management lead, IT, site teams and Finance.
What you will be responsible for:
Lead functional design of the maintenance (work orders, preventive maintenance), materials / inventory, and asset lifecycle modules.
Define the asset hierarchy, master data, and classification standards across multiple sites and asset classes.
Translate operational requirements into system specifications with the IT delivery team; lead user acceptance testing and rollout.
Bring IT and network assets into the same lifecycle and inventory controls as power and cooling infrastructure.
Support data migration from existing tools and drive adoption with site and operations teams.
How you will stand out:
Experience: typically 7+ years in engineering, IT or asset management, including at least 3 years hands-on with maintenance or materials modules in an EAM, CMMS or ERP system.
Maintenance and materials modules: hands-on use or configuration in an EAM / CMMS / ERP environment — e.g. SAP PM / MM, IBM Maximo, IFS, Oracle EAM, or Infor EAM.
HQ / systems-level asset management: master data, asset hierarchy, and lifecycle management across multiple sites
Network or IT infrastructure background: e.g. data-centre networking, IT asset management (ITAM / HAM), CMDB, or DCIM.
Education: degree in engineering, computer science, or information technology.
Nice to have
Data-centre, AIDC, or critical-facilities exposure (power, cooling, IT hardware).
Experience on an EAM / CMMS / ERP implementation project.
Awareness of ISO 55001 or Institute of Asset Management principles.
What you will experience working with us:
A culture that values authenticity and diversity of thoughts and backgrounds;
An inclusive and respectable environment with open workspaces and exciting start-up spirit;
Fast-growing company with the chance to network with industrial pioneers and enthusiasts;
Ability to contribute directly and make an impact on the future of the digital asset industry;
Involvement in new projects, developing processes/systems;
Personal accountability, autonomy, fast growth, and learning opportunities;
Attractive welfare benefits and developmental opportunities such as training and mentoring.
