Senior / Assistant Director, Finance

Salary: $12,000 - $15,000/month
Employment Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Office Hours, 5 Days

Job Scope:

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and statutory compliance
Manage cash flow, grants, funding, and capital assets
Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and audit management
Partner senior stakeholders to drive financial performance and cost optimisation
Manage shared services, SLA performance, and continuous process improvements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent
Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position
Strong experience in budgeting, financial reporting, governance, and internal controls
Experience managing audits, shared services, and financial compliance
Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise ERP systems
