Senior Assistant Manager, Business Planning (Strategic Planning, Tenders, Diagnostics Services, Healthcare) #HDC1

A leading healthcare services provider is looking for a Senior Assistant Manager to drive its business planning and growth initiatives. You will work with service leads and finance to shape strategy, tenders and performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the development and execution of strategic business planning initiatives to grow diagnostic services
• Participate in public and private tenders, working with finance and service leads on proposals and costing
• Work with service leads to set up and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls
• Monitor business, operational and financial performance and recommend improvement actions
• Lead or participate in projects and initiatives assigned by management
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
• Prepare business cases, papers and presentations for management
• Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
• Support operational planning and resource allocation

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance or a related discipline and above
• 5 to 8 years of experience in business planning, operations, strategy or business development
• Experience in healthcare or tender preparation is an advantage
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proven project leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker who is proactive and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
