Senior Assistant Manager/Manager, Customer Service
Key responsibilities:
Set up and track KPI for CS team, monthly and quarterly review of overall and individual performances, productivity
Release job orders to respective CS personnel
Monitor the team performance
Generate weekly & monthly inventory reports to accounts for billing
Generate customized inventory reports to customers
Establish stocktake schedule for customers
Settle stock discrepancies
Coordinate with warehouse on customer complaints with regard to stock issues
Create all customers' manual folder, and upkeep of all customers' requirements, quoted services details
Skills & Competencies:
Degree/Diploma in Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in logistics
3PL experience is an advantage
Good people management and leadership skill
Stakeholders management skills
Highly motivated and committed to support company's transformational journey
