Senior Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop programme materials and resources, including lesson slides, facilitator guides, worksheets, activity materials and visual communications using design tools (e.g. Canva).
  • Support the delivery of programme sessions, facilitator training and quality assurance to ensure smooth programme implementation.
  • Coordinate programme implementation with schools, including scheduling, participant recruitment, parent consent, logistics and procurement of programme materials.
  • Coordinate engagement activities and field trips, including liaising with schools and external partners.
  • Support programme monitoring and evaluation through data collection, surveys, focus group discussions and basic data management.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including procurement, claims, expense tracking and maintaining programme records.

Requirements:

· Degree or diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.

Experience:

· Preferably 3-4 years of experience in a nutrition, health promotion, programme management or community health.

· Experience working with schools, children or community programmes would be an advantage.

· Experience in facilitating workshops or developing educational materials would be an advantage.

Term:

· Two years contract
