Senior Associate AFC Advisory and Control Oversight Bitpanda Enterprise

You will advise Bitpanda Enterprise on legal and regulatory matters affecting B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C partnerships. You will support partner due diligence, respond to legal and compliance questionnaires, negotiate commercial agreements, assess product regulatory implications, and translate regulatory developments into practical guidance and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Advise Bitpanda Enterprise on legal and regulatory matters across B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C partnerships.
• Represent Bitpanda in legal and regulatory discussions with prospective and existing partners.
• Support enterprise due diligence processes and respond to legal, compliance, and regulatory queries.
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including partnership, technology, API, outsourcing, licensing, and confidentiality arrangements.
• Assess legal and regulatory implications for new products and services.
• Monitor financial services and digital asset regulation, identify AFC risks, and contribute to governance frameworks.

Requirements

• University degree in Law or relevant professional experience reviewing, drafting, and providing legal feedback on commercial agreements and legal documentation in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with European financial services regulation, including MiCAR, MiFID, PSD2/PSD3, AML/CFT, or outsourcing requirements.
• Experience supporting regulated financial services, fintech, banking, payments, digital assets, or other regulated industries in a compliance, legal, regulatory, or commercial advisory capacity.
• Experience working with enterprise customers, financial institutions, or strategic partners.
• Ability to balance legal and regulatory considerations with business objectives.
• Ability to communicate complex legal and regulatory concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal English and German communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in German.
