Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Associate / Associate (Customer Service) to join their team.

Senior Associate / Associate (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:

• To provide quality customer inquiries, requests and complaints
• Maintain and update customer information upon request
• Other ad hoc administrative and customer service tasks as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder
• 1-3 years relevant experience in Banking & Finance preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Chinese typing
• Excellent customer service attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Cantonese and English
• Mandarin is a definitive advantage
• Detail-minded and customer-oriented
