Our client is a Leading Finance Company, they are currently seeking for a Senior Associate / Associate (Customer Service) to join their team.

Senior Associate / Associate (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints through inbound and outbound calls.
• Establish and maintain good customer relationship by providing professional customer care services.
• Assist the applications under the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme ("SFGS").
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum 1 year solid Customer Service experience, preferable in Call Centre and Customer Services.
• Familiar with MS Office and word processing (English & Chinese).
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong problem-solving skills and presentation skills.
