Senior Associate/AVP - Relationship Manager, Liabilities, North Asia, SME Banking

You will acquire and develop customer relationships, proactively manage customer accounts, and identify business opportunities. You will evaluate risks, structure deals, coordinate with internal banking segments, maintain customer service, and ensure banking-policy compliance, due diligence, risk evaluation, and account reviews.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and develop new customer relationships
• Manage and monitor customer accounts to achieve business and profitability objectives
• Identify business opportunities and customer needs
• Evaluate risks and structure deals
• Work with banking segments to provide customer service
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and processes
• Perform customer due diligence, risk evaluation, and account reviews
• Research and analyse money service businesses and payment service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with more than 6 years of relevant SME banking experience
• Business development acumen
• Established North Asia client network or relevant regional experience
• AML and KYC experience in money service businesses
