Position Overview:
The
role focuses on supporting the rollout of skill education and Foreign Language
in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP,2020) and the National
Curriculum Framework (NCF,2024).The
role would benefit from candidates who bring prior experience of engaging with
govt. officials at district/state levels and leading planning and capacity
building related tasks.
The
Sr. Associate will be part of the Lend A Hand India PMU team at CM SHRI office
and will work closely with an internal team (a special task force), government
officers, school leadership and staff, etc. to ensure effective execution,
coordination, and reporting of program activities.This is an execution-focused
role that requires coordination, regular field visits, operational excellence,
documentation and problem-solving abilities on a daily basis to support program
implementation across multiple schools.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Program Implementation & Stakeholder Coordination
- Support implementation of
skill education initiatives across CM SHRI schools, including
Multi-Sectoral Skill Education and Foreign Language programs.
- Coordinate with Heads of
Schools (HoS), teacher coordinators, and school teams for
implementation of program activities.
- Support organization of school
orientations, teacher trainings, workshops, and stakeholder
meetings.
- Undertake the execution of student
exposure visits and experiential learning opportunities with school PoCs
- Conduct regular school
visits to monitor program implementation and follow up on action
points.
- Maintain close communication
with schools to ensure timely completion of program activities.
- Facilitating student
Internships on ground for students

Skill Lab Setup & Infrastructure Coordination
- Support the establishment and
operationalization of Multi Skill Labs in CM SHRI schools.
- Regular field visits to
establish skill labs across schools
- Assist in documentation and
tracking related to lab setup progress across schools.
- Liaise with vendors,
logistics teams, and school stakeholders to facilitate equipment
delivery and installation.
- Manage the lab set up process
with operational excellence

Data Monitoring & Program Tracking
- Support the monitoring of
program implementation through structured data collection and analysis.
- Track school-wise progress
on program implementation, trainings, lab setup, and student
participation, etc.
- Validate data received from
schools and follow up for corrections or completion.
- Maintain implementation
trackers to monitor timelines, milestones, and key deliverables.
4.
Reporting & Documentation
- Support program documentation
and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain records of implementation
updates.
- Assist and build muscle on
creating implementation plans, guidelines, SOPs, and activity reports.
- Support development and
organization of implementation documents, guidelines, and SOPs.

Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications & Experience:
●
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Public Policy, Development
Studies, Social Work, or a related discipline
● 0-1 years of experience in delivering and planning programs related to
education or skilling, govt. liasoning, teaching roles. Fellowship experiences
will be considered
●
Familiarity with school education systems, skill education initiatives, or
government partnerships is preferred
●
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams and stakeholders
simultaneously
Skills
& Competencies
●
Strong coordination and communication skills in Hindi and English,
including the ability to engage effectively with school leaders, teachers,
vendors, and government officials
●
Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage
multiple program activities across a large number of schools simultaneously
●
Ability to collect, organize, and synthesize information from multiple
stakeholders to support program monitoring and reporting
●
Ability to solve complex on ground problems
●
Comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced environment that involves field
visits, coordination with schools, and resolving operational challenges.
