We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Associate, Corporate Secretarial Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients including Singapore incorporated private companies, foreign companies (branches) and variable capital companies (VCCs).
- Handle complete scope of corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to company incorporation, company strike off, drafting of routine directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, maintaining statutory registers and records, and lodgements with ACRA.
- Monitor compliance calendars and ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements of the Singapore Companies Act, VCC Act and relevant government legislations.
- Liaise with auditors, accountants and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and mentoring to Corporate Services Associate.
- Review work prepared by Associate to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
- Advise and assist clients on matters concerning work pass and related passes.
- Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Key Requirements
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a corporate secretarial firm.
- ICSA/CGI Graduate preferred / Degree in Business Studies or Accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and client service orientation.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
