Senior Associate

We are looking for a Senior Associate with 3-5 years' PQE to join our growing Family Law Practice. The successful candidate will manage a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, ancillary proceedings, child-related matters, maintenance, adoption, family violence matters and cross-border as well as cross-disciplinary family disputes. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to build on his/her sound fundamental skills to independently advise clients on the more complex family law issues we handle, represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings in such matters, and work closely with a collaborative team in delivering practical and strategic legal solutions.

Applicants should possess strong legal, advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage both contentious and non-contentious broad family law matters independently. Candidates should demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, excellent client and time management skills, and importantly, is driven to be an excellent, efficient and impactful family lawyer to each client we have been entrusted with.
