Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with efficient, nimble and resilient processes through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and aspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Group Ops Capability Centre (GOCC) was formed to accelerate innovation via development and deployment of AI capabilities and COE setups, while ensuring resiliency and standardisation. The function also holds the mandate to oversee digital transformation initiatives across the 3 Lines of Business Ops (LOBOs) and Operations COO functions.
Responsibilities
SOP Transformation & Content Migration
Execute the cleanup, restructuring, and migration of Operations SOPs into standardized formats.
Support the conversion of SOPs into reusable AI agent skills and operational knowledge assets.
Maintain SOP content quality, consistency, and version controls.
SOP Platform Administration
Support onboarding, publishing, tagging, versioning, and maintenance of SOPs within the centralized SOP Platform.
Coordinate integration of SOP content with system Knowledge Bases (KBs).
Ensure operational knowledge assets remain accurate and up to date.
Ontology & Knowledge Graph Support
Assist in the development and maintenance of ontology, taxonomy, metadata, and knowledge graph mappings.
Support linkage between system functionalities, SOPs, controls, and business processes.
Contribute to knowledge discovery and AI skill enablement initiatives.
AI Knowledge Validation & Testing
Test AI Agent and Cowork Skills outputs against SOP logic, business requirements, and operational processes.
Support AI indexing, knowledge validation, and content quality assurance activities.
Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance knowledge quality and AI effectiveness.
Governance & Operational Support
Support control validation, RCSA/KRI automation content, and control mappings where applicable.
Prepare documentation, user guides, training materials, and adoption communications.
Provide day-to-day operational support for the SOP Platform and knowledge management processes.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations Management, or related discipline.
2-5 years of experience in Operations, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Transformation roles.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Familiarity with SOP management, process mapping, taxonomy, metadata management, or knowledge repositories.
Exposure to AI, GenAI, AI Agents, workflow automation, or knowledge management platforms is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deliverables concurrently.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
