Senior Associate Engineer, Equipment Production
As Senior Associate Engineer in Equipment Production, you are responsible for performing machine performance validation on semiconductor packaging equipment through machine calibration, setup and testing based on defined work procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead assembly and testing activities for complex modules and systems with high precision requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across mechanical, electrical, vacuum and pneumatic systems.
- Review and optimize work instructions, test procedures and assembly processes.
- Ensure data integrity and analysis of MES data to support performance improvement.
- Provide technical guidance, coaching and on job training to trainees / juniors.
- Support new production introduction, engineering change, qualification builds and process validation.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and safe work practices.
- Support cross-training across product lines as directed
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or similar discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experienced in semiconductor equipment manufacturing is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge in electro-mechanical systems and diagnostics
- Ability to analyze problems and implement corrective actions
- Has leadership / team lead experience managing small group of team members
- Experience in continuous improvement projects
