The Senior FP&A Associate performs financial analyses including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial/data modeling using advanced Excel skills. This person develops clear recommendations from their analyses and partners closely with stakeholders across all levels of management to gather information, summarize findings, and communicate financial plans and operating forecasts.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare month end business performance reports, including variance explanations and forward-looking performance estimates
- Deliver monthly projections and variance analytics on business performance while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to garner new insights and progress updates
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key financial metrics and operational performance indicators to provide insights to management.
- Prepare, deliver, and present clear, data-driven financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and scalability, to support business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with key business partners across the organization to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans and processes to improve growth, profitability, and cost efficiencies
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimize FP&A workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including the ability to articulate complex financial results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with Media or Healthcare business models
- Experience with Oracle Systems or similar EPM
- Experience with Excel Power Query
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
