Senior Associate- Full Stack Engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable web applications, developing cloud-native solutions, and leveraging emerging agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI-assisted development frameworks to enhance engineering productivity. </p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">The role requires a hands-on developer who can contribute across the full Development </b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern React frameworks and component libraries. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Engineering </b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Design and develop cloud-native applications on AWS. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Implement secure, scalable, and highly available application architectures. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Develop and manage API integrations with internal and external platforms. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for application deployment and monitoring. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;"><b>AI-Assisted Engineering </b></span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Utilize agentic coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar solutions to improve development </span>productivity. </p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Incorporate AI-assisted development practices into software engineering workflows. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:14px;">• Evaluate new AI coding
