Senior Associate - General Banking Service (Customer Service), Operations & IT

Responsibilities

• Handle customers’ enquires via phone calls and emails including addressing problems with electronic banking and follow up on the transaction status;
• Ensure the application forms submitted by customers are duly completed and delivered to relevant departments promptly;
• Follow up on VIP clients’ transaction requests until transactions are completed;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above;
• At least 3 years of related work experience;
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Able to work independently as well as in a team and provide professional advice;
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
