- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals

- Corporate real estate support for share and asset transactions
- Advising a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
Qualifications/Experience:
- 7 years’+ PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm
- A high attention to detail to produce work/ documentation which is consistently of a high standard
- Flexible, client-focused approach with excellent time management.
- Commercial mindset with an interest in business development.
- Strong networking skills or the ambition to build a client base.
- Passion for legal technology and AI-driven innovation.
