Outbound Agent:

Responsible for placing outbound calls to customers.

Key duties include:

Achieving productivity and quality targets.

Conducting post sale and service surveys.

Updating CRM systems.

Escalations calls to the relevant departments where necessary.

Be able to offer comprehensive solutions to the customer based on their needs and requirements
