Senior Associate Product Manager Loan Against Property Consumer Banking Group

You will develop and execute product strategy for the Loan Against Property portfolio. You will conduct market and performance analysis, coordinate delivery with internal stakeholders, support sales teams, improve processes and conversion, gather customer feedback, and manage portfolio risk and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategy for the Loan Against Property portfolio.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Monitor portfolio growth, disbursals, asset quality, customer acquisition, and productivity KPIs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Support sales teams and branches with product understanding and operational challenges.
• Develop sales strategies, training programs, and marketing collateral.
• Engage external partners and vendors to enhance product capabilities.
• Implement processes that improve funnel efficiency and conversion rates.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements.
• Ensure regulatory, policy, and risk-management compliance for the portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Product-management experience in banking or financial services with a focus on secured lending.
• Experience managing Loan Against Property or secured lending products.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication, presentation, stakeholder-influencing, and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of the Indian consumer lending market, regulation, and competitive landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
