Educational Qualification | •Graduate / PG (B. Com., BBA, M.Com.) / MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience |
Professional Experience | •Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Big 4 or Similar Industry /shared services of large corporates with exposure to working with senior leaders •Experience of working in a cross-cultural environment |
Learning & Upskilling | •Willing to work hard, enthusiastic, and self-motivated •Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills •Excellent communication and presentation skills •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under a dynamic work environment, working in collaboration with Onshore and Offshore teams •Proficient in MS Office (especially in advanced excel, word and power point) •Effective prioritization, coordination, and stakeholder management skills •Proficient in technology and systems–Resource management tools and Reports. |
