Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Site Supervision: Direct supervision of all civil works, including excavation, RCC foundations for heavy machinery, digester tank construction, control rooms, and site development (roads/drainage).
  • Technical Compliance: Ensure all construction strictly adheres to approved structural drawings, GA drawings, and project specifications.
  • Quality Control (QC): Oversee material testing (concrete, steel, soil) and maintain rigorous quality logs. Ensure leak-proof integrity for gas-holding structures and tanks.

  • Safety & Environment: Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols on-site, ensuring a zero-accident work environment.
  • Progress Tracking: Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), verify contractor bills against actual site measurements, and report bottlenecks to the Project Leader.
Requirements:
  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: 4–5 years in industrial construction. Preference for candidates with experience in STP/ETP plants, refineries, process plants, or Biogas projects.
