And we are a women-founded and -owned company so our foundation is making GEP a great place to work for women, a place where women can learn, advance and give back.What You Will Do As a Senior Associate in Solution Design, you will own defined Solution Design work packages with decreasing supervision, deliver standard demonstration scenarios, and contribute to discovery activities, RFP responses, and solution documentation. You will move from execution support to ownership of clearly defined components of the Solution Design lifecycle while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and alignment with approved capabilities.•Support or co-lead discovery sessions for standard use cases.•Gather, organize, and validate business requirements.•Identify information gaps and follow up on open items without waiting for detailed direction.•Translate discovery findings into structured and actionable documentation.•Prepare and deliver standard demonstration scenarios confidently.•Explain standard product capabilities and business use cases.•Handle routine customer questions with minimal support and coordinate follow-up items.•Produce first drafts of RFP responses and solution content for review.•Prepare traceable solution content supported by approved sources.•Contribute to capability mapping and solution documentation.•Document assumptions, dependencies, identified risks, and information gaps consistently.•Maintain accurate opportunity records and improve existing templates and reusable assets.•Support knowledge-sharing and documentation initiatives across the team.Growth Opportunity: Candidates will have opportunities to progress from ownership of defined work packages toward independently managing defined portions of standard opportunities. As a Senior Associate, you will:•Strengthen your ability to lead structured customer discussions for standard use cases.•Develop greater independence in translating validated requirements into a coherent solution approach.•Progress from standard demonstration scenarios toward tailored demonstrations with minimal supervision.•Improve the quality and reliability of solution inputs for proposals and RFP responses.•Build sound judgment when handling standard customer questions, risks, dependencies, and follow-up activities.•Increase your contribution to reusable assets, documentation standards, and team knowledge.•Prepare to manage defined portions of an opportunity with consistent quality and decreasing supervision.<div> </div>What Should You Bring •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.•Knowledge in Solution Design, presales, procurement, consulting, business analysis, enterprise software, or a related customer-facing function.•Working knowledge of procurement processes and enterprise software capabilities.•Ability to support or co-lead structured discovery discussions for standard use cases.•Expertise gathering, organizing, validating, and documenting business requirements.•Ability to prepare and deliver standard demonstration scenarios and explain standard capabilities clearly.•Ability to connect product functionality to documented business requirements.•Knowledge producing first-draft solution, proposal, presentation, or RFP content for review.•Ability to document assumptions, risks, dependencies, gaps, decisions, and follow-up items consistently.•Strong analytical thinking, business problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.•Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with Sales, Product, Technical, Integration, and other specialists.•Ability to own defined work packages, exercise sound judgment in standard situations, and operate with decreasing supervision.•Strong attention to accuracy, quality, governance, documentation, and traceability.•Advanced English proficiency.
