POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Senior Associate with strong hands-on expertise in Sage Intacct and US Accounting. The ideal candidate should
have in-depth experience in Sage Intacct accounting, implementation, configuration, multi-entity accounting, consolidation,
financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting system transitions.
The role will primarily focus on managing, preparing, reviewing, and improving accounting processes within Sage Intacct for USbased clients. The candidate should be capable of independently handling complex accounting activities across multiple entities,
performing consolidations and intercompany accounting, supporting transitions to Sage Intacct, and working directly with clients
to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and review US accounting and bookkeeping engagements primarily using Sage Intacct.
• Prepare and review general ledger transactions, journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed
assets, AP, AR, and other accounting activities within Sage Intacct.
• Handle multi-entity accounting, including entity-level accounting, intercompany transactions, eliminations, and
consolidated financial reporting.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and reporting for multiple entities.
• Perform and review intercompany reconciliations and ensure appropriate elimination entries during consolidation.
• Perform month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities and ensure balance sheet accounts are
properly reconciled and supported.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Work extensively on Sage Intacct implementations, accounting setup, configuration, data migration, and process
transitions.
• Support transition of accounting processes from other accounting systems to Sage Intacct, including understanding
existing processes, mapping accounting requirements, data migration, validation, and post-implementation support.
• Support new client onboarding and Sage Intacct transition/implementation projects, ensuring accounting processes
and reporting requirements are appropriately configured.
• Review Sage Intacct accounting records, identify discrepancies or unusual transactions, and recommend appropriate
corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain accounting workpapers, supporting schedules, SOPs, process documentation, and review
checklists.
• Assist clients with Sage Intacct-related accounting, reporting, workflow, and system queries.
• Support financial analysis, including budget vs. actuals, variance analysis, and income and expense trends.
• Communicate directly with US-based clients and coordinate effectively to obtain information, resolve accounting
issues, and meet reporting deadlines.
• Drive process improvements and leverage accounting technology and automation to improve accuracy and
efficiency.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & EXPOSURE

• Experience working with multiple US clients across different industries.
• Hands-on experience in transitioning accounting processes from QuickBooks, legacy accounting systems, or other
ERP/accounting platforms to Sage Intacct.
• Experience with Sage Intacct implementation and multi-entity migration projects.
• Exposure to Sage Intacct modules, dimensions, workflows, reporting, integrations, and consolidation capabilities.
• Experience in preparing SOPs, process documentation, implementation documentation, and review checklists.
• Exposure to accounting automation and workflow platforms.
• Working knowledge or exposure to QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) is preferred but not
mandatory.
• Exposure to budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, or FP&A activities
