We utilize superior IT services to provide wide-ranging customized logistics services, such as courier, land transportation, 3PL, harbor logistics and international logistics. About the Dallas MX Operation: This position supports LOTTE Global Logistics' Dallas/Fort Worth-area startup for Samsung GPCA MX. The operation supports mobile service-parts warehousing, including inbound receiving and put-away, inventory control, outbound fulfillment and shipping, returns/RMA and claims processing, high-value and QR/IMEI-controlled product handling, and battery-related materials. Warehouse transactions are executed in the customer's SAP-based SWP/WMS and interfaced to the customer's N-ERP by EDI.
Position Summary
The Senior Associate oversees daily warehouse execution across inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns/RMA at the Dallas MX operation. The role reports directly to the Center Manager and acts as the Center Manager's designee and process PIC across all functions, providing hands-on operational leadership, SOP compliance, exception and hold control, reporting, and cross-functional coverage. The role is accountable for end-to-end system transaction accuracy, verifying that each transaction is correctly posted in SWP/WMS and confirmed in N-ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inbound: Oversee ASN confirmation in SWP, BOL/container/seal inspection, pallet/box counts, system arrival/offload and unloading status, material verification (including Mixed Parts and material-master setup), T/O creation and labeling, RF put-away, QA inspection routing, and GR confirmation in N-ERP. Control shortage, damage, and overage exceptions through POD/DIR documentation, BLK holds, and SEA direction before release.
  • Outbound: Oversee DO receipt from N-ERP, QR-variant checks, shipment and wave creation, T/O label printing, RF picking with QR/IMEI scanning, packing verification and H/U assignment, and lane sorting (Milk Run, LTL, CPU, Parcel). Ensure IHSR, BOL, UPS labels, and international/DG documents (DGD, CI/PL, AES) are complete; verify loading with SEA Security, post GI, update VT06 shipment status, and confirm GI in N-ERP while meeting customer cutoffs and urgent orders.
  • Inventory: Own the daily cycle-count process: proposal and location selection (excluding open-T/O bins), counter assignment, count-list printing, RF counts, and result review. Drive recounts and variance research through the third count/999 Bin, submit Cycle Count Reports to SEA, track PUMI approval, and post 701/702 stock adjustments only after approval, confirming WMS and N-ERP agree. Maintain location accuracy, FIFO/aging, physical inventory, high-value controls, and battery-storage discipline.
  • Returns/RMA: Verify returns against the RMA (part number, quantity, description, and packaging condition); post GR RMA and return receiving, label and put away material to the correct UNS/BLK status, close RMAs, and confirm the EDI update to N-ERP. Support Wrong Parts, IQA/defective, and DIT claims with OMG/SEA, and maintain the weekly non-DO defective log reported to SEA.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with the Center Manager and operating teams; direct workflow priorities, labor and MHE coordination, shift handoffs, productivity tracking, and cross-training across warehouse functions; coach associates on the SOP work sequence, ensure only trained and authorized personnel perform system steps, and coordinate system-access and training readiness.
  • Use SAP and WMS for warehouse transactions, inventory movements, status verification, exception tracking, and operational reporting; use RF scanning, shipping systems, and Microsoft Excel while maintaining safety, physical security, 6S, and audit readiness; review and retain required records (BOL/POD, DIR, IHSR, labels, and approval/EDI evidence).
  • System closeout and verification: Confirm daily that physical and system status agree for every GR, GI, stock adjustment, and RMA closure; verify EDI transfers to N-ERP, follow up on failed or open transactions, and ensure no exception is left without an approved resolution or documented hold.
  • Perform other related duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by leadership.
Required Qualifications:
  • Warehouse/distribution experience in inbound, outbound, inventory control, service parts, electronics, 3PL, or a comparable operation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and WMS (Samsung SWP/N-ERP experience preferred), including RF scanning, warehouse transactions, inventory and order status verification, GR/GI posting and EDI reconciliation, Microsoft Excel, and operational reporting.
  • Strong understanding of receiving/put-away, picking/packing/shipping, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, FIFO, variance control, high-value product handling, QR/IMEI-controlled parts, returns/RMA and claims (Wrong Parts, IQA, DIT), and warehouse KPIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach associates, enforce SOP compliance, escalate exceptions, and communicate clearly with customer teams (SEA, OMG, IQA) and carriers.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of OSHA/MHE safety and physical security required; air-export, Dangerous Goods, UPS WorldShip or comparable shipping-system experience is strongly preferred.
  • Forklift certification or Train the Trainer experience preferred
  • Experience in a KPI-driven warehouse preferred. Spanish proficiency preferred; Korean capability preferred but not required.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Full-time, on-site role. Schedule flexibility is required based on volume, delivery requirements, customer cutoffs, inventory activity, startup needs, and KPI expectations.
  • Limited travel may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Benefits
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • Life and AD&D Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
