Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and improvement of requirements management practices across engineering projects.
- Establish and maintain requirement traceability from concept through verification and validation.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, and related DevOps tooling.
- Drive Agile and DevOps adoption across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Configure and manage development infrastructure, user authentication systems, and deployment environments.
- Design dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor engineering performance and project metrics.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and containerized environments.
- Maintain legacy development tools and facilitate migration to modern platforms.
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and secure development practices.
Qualifications
BEng Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. Honours or Master's degree advantageous.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 8-10+ years in software, systems, or product development environments.
- Strong experience in Requirements Management and DevOps.
- Experience with safety‑critical or regulated industries highly advantageous.
- DOORS (Classic & Next Generation) Jira, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory SQL/MySQL Python, Bash, PowerShell Docker, Kubernetes, Podman CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks RTCA DO-178, DO-254, ARP4754A knowledge preferred
