Senior Automation Engineer

You will own QA strategy and execution for your squad across manual and automated testing. You will design test plans and test cases, develop automated API, web application, and backend test suites, integrate testing early into delivery workflows, triage bugs, and improve quality practices through documentation, metrics, and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities
- Own QA strategy and execution for manual and automated testing
- Design test plans and maintain reproducible test cases
- Develop automated test suites for APIs, web applications, and backend systems
- Integrate testing early with development, product, and DevOps workflows
- Track, triage, and follow through on bugs
- Build quality practices through documentation, metrics, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Hebrew
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in complex software environments
- Experience writing automated tests with Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools
- Understanding of QA methodologies, CI/CD, and SDLC practices
- Experience testing APIs with Postman, REST, and GraphQL
- Experience testing backend systems
- Familiarity with QA frameworks and Git
- Communication skills and ability to work in distributed teams
