Description
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in Automation testing
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, C#, BDD, and ReqnRoll/Cucumber, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Atlassian toolchain (Jira, Confluence), CI/CD tool (GitLab)
- Experience in working with geographically distributed development teams
- Solid experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD with Gherkin)
- Demonstrated knowledge of software QA & Automation methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the software development lifecycle.
- Developing standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
- Demonstrated experiences in driving QA direction and taking people along a change journey
- Excellent organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
