Senior Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for quality assurance. As a Senior Automation Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright and Pytest. - Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and create comprehensive test plans. - Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Maintain and enhance existing automation scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage. - Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and version control systems like GitHub to integrate automated testing into the development pipeline. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Python and experience with automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of API testing and tools. - Familiarity with Java and TestNG is a plus. - Experience in framework design and development. - Knowledge of POM (Page Object Model) design pattern. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
